This is your prep for ATHALON GAMES and opportunity to witness who will be joining #TEAMATHALON this season.

A combination of functional strength and conditioning movements to be completed for time. Each movement has a time cap allowing all fitness levels to complete games within a one hour time cap.

 We organize four exhilarating races annually: Challenge, Pre-Games, Games, and Face-Off, each offering a chance to claim leaderboard status. Explore the race types that intrigue you to discover events scheduled near you.

  • CHALLENGE: Kickstart your journey with our virtual race! Register and showcase your skills by uploading a video completing the movement standard.

  • PRE-GAMES: Speed is key! A condensed version of Athalon Games, providing an opportunity to prep for game day and connect with fellow competitors.

  • GAMES: Race against the clock! Push your boundaries with a fusion of conditioning and strength training exercises. With time-capped movements, participants of all fitness levels can complete the event within an hour. Compete solo in our singles division or team up in our doubles division for added camaraderie.

  • FACE-OFF: The ultimate showdown relay. Create a team of 4 and put your team training to the test against fellow teams. 

Yes, athletes must be at least 18 years old.

Absolutely! Spectators are not just welcomed but encouraged. The vibrant atmosphere of Athalon Games thrives on community spirit, and our races are designed to accommodate spectators with designated viewing areas.

Rest assured, the course will be clearly marked with signs, cones, and volunteers to guide participants every step of the way. We recommend athletes familiarize themselves with the Athalon program and race day map for added confidence.

Come rain or shine, the race will go on. In the event of inclement weather, we'll notify all athletes promptly, with any necessary changes to the race day map, including potential relocation indoors.

No refunds are offered.

Yes, there may be awards or prizes for top finishers in each race category, which could include medals, trophies, or monetary prizes. While we can't specify the awards in advance, our aim is to raise funds for local charities. Details on awards will be announced approximately one month before race day, so stay tuned for exciting updates!

Absolutely! You can sign up to volunteer for the Chicago event on June 15 or the New York event on July 13.

Indeed! We celebrate the podium positions of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place (M/F) in each Championships Division. Many races also feature post-race celebrations, complete with refreshments, music, and activities for participants and spectators alike.
